ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS TRAINING
children & young people's mental health
Mental health is a big issue for young people especially after the Covid 19 pandemic. We want to make sure young people get the best possible mental health support. We support them through one to one meetings, group meetings and online.
CHILL & Chat KIDS GROUP
We run different exciting programmes for Children across Milton Keynes. Every Saturday 2.00pm to 4.00pm, they come and have fun and learn a new skill. Our aim is to empower and inspire young people and give them practical tools for life. All young people are welcome.For more into please email: [email protected]

JAM DANCE GROUP
JAM Dance classes are for young people from age 7 years to 19 years. This is a time for young people to have fun, learn new skills and ideas. Dance classes run on Sundays from 12.00noon to 2.30pm.

YOUNG PEOPLE IN BUSINESS
We have amazing Business Mentorship programs for young people . This is a great platform to share ideas, network, share ideas and build businesses together. All volunteers are welcome to participate and work in the community.

YOUTH EXCHANGE VISITS
Youth exchanges visits provides young people with an opportunity to exchange ideas, learn new skills and understand other cultures. This also includes various educational visits. They have games, sports, workshops, exercises, debates, and various other activities together. Visiting other countries helps them to build acceptance of the diverseness of the world.

COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
All University and Colleges students meet, fellowship, build and encourage one another once a month on Saturday Evenings, 6.00pm. The aim is to have a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where young adults can relax and have fun. This is also an opportunity to exchange ideas, network, develop social and life skills.
